Get hints for the masked fields of a database's encrypted extra

GET 
/api/v1/database/:pk/encrypted_extra_hints/

Returns the label, length and last characters of each sensitive field in the database's encrypted extra, so that a stored secret can be told apart from another one without revealing it. A JWT also gets the expiry its unverified exp claim states. The number of characters is set by ENCRYPTED_EXTRA_HINT_CHARS; the list is empty when it is 0 or less.
